Ayesha Janjua, a strategic thinker and brand transformation expert, began her journey with Manzil as a student at IBA. Known for her creativity and strategic insights, she has been instrumental in crafting compelling presentations for Manzil’s fundraisers and providing invaluable advice to the team. Despite her demanding professional commitments, Ayesha’s dedication to Manzil remains unwavering, always making time to support the organization when needed.
With over 18 years of experience in marketing and brand management, Ayesha has worked with leading corporations in Pakistan, including Unilever, Shan Foods, English Biscuit Manufacturers, and PepsiCo Pakistan. As the Head of Marketing at English Biscuit Manufacturers, she successfully led a diverse portfolio of 16 brands, playing a pivotal role in the company’s executive leadership, strategic planning, and innovation. Her expertise spans across various core marketing functions, focusing on brand development and building, from personal care to food brands.
Currently serving as the Senior Marketing Director of Beverages at PepsiCo Pakistan, Ayesha contributes passionately to the company's pep+ agenda. She is committed to integrating purpose into every aspect of business strategy and brand development, aiming to make a positive impact on communities, people, and the planet.
At Manzil, Ayesha is a valued member who consistently focuses on the emotional well-being of the students. She endeavors to bring joy to the most deprived, motivated by her own experiences as a mother. Witnessing her son's opportunities, she is driven to help those who lack similar privileges. Her involvement with Manzil Educational Organization is her way of making a real difference in the lives of children who face starkly different realities.
